Technical divisions
Breman Installation Group consists of several specialized units. We have five technical divisions:
Residential Construction
Breman Residential Construction installs systems in new-build homes, working as a subcontractor for construction companies. The focus is on mechanical installations such as underfloor heating, ventilation, water pipes, sewage, and connections for kitchens and bathrooms.
What does Residential Construction do?
- Installing all mechanical systems in new-build homes
- Working from standard concepts and prefab solutions
- Executing serial housing projects, from terraced houses to apartments
How is the division organized?
- National coverage with 6 branches in Drachten, Genemuiden, Hasselt, Harderwijk, Drunen, and Echt.
- Local teams per region with their own culture and short lines of communication
- Fixed project teams including work preparation, BIM, logistics, and execution
How do they work?
- Tight project planning, dependent on the progress of the construction
- Intensive collaboration with contractors and other construction partners
- Focus on efficiency, standardization, and predictable quality

Commercial Industrial
Breman Commercial Industrial focuses on technical installations in large buildings such as offices, schools, healthcare institutions, and sports complexes. The division handles the entire process from design and realization to maintenance and modifications.
What does Commercial Industrial do?
- Installations for climate, ventilation, electrical engineering, plumbing, and lighting
- Realizing complete building-related installations
- Maintenance, management, and modifications throughout the building’s lifespan
How is the division organized?
- National coverage with 2 branches in Zwolle and Rotterdam.
- Collaboration between various specialisms such as projects, service, modification, and control technology
- Projects range from regional assignments to large national trajectories
How do they work?
- Projects go through several phases: request, design, engineering, execution, and service
- Project duration from months to several years
- Strong focus on quality, safety, sustainability, and long-term customer relationships

Property Management
Breman Property Management takes care of the management, maintenance, and replacement of systems in existing homes. The division mainly works for housing associations and private customers, managing large numbers of installations nationwide.
What does Property Management do?
- Preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- 24/7 emergency service for urgent problems
- Planned replacement of systems such as central heating boilers, ventilation, and heat pumps
How is the division organized?
- Regional branches spread across the Netherlands in Drachten, Genemuiden, Maarn, Berkel Rodenrijs, Weert, and Hoofddorp
- Service and maintenance teams working close to the customer and residents
- Multi-year contracts with housing associations and fixed customer relationships
How do they work?
- Large numbers of installations under management on a national scale
- Daily contact with residents and clients

Home Renovation
Breman Home Renovation focuses on renewing and replacing systems in existing homes. The division primarily works for housing associations, contractors, and real estate parties, and is active in renovation and sustainability projects.
What does Home Renovation do?

The Installation Factory
Breman Installation Factory is the production environment within Breman where prefab installations and components are developed and produced for projects within the organization.
What does the Installation Factory do?
- Production of ventilation ducts, roof terminals, and installation components
- Developing and producing prefab solutions for residential and commercial construction
- Pre-assembling components to speed up on-site installation
How is the division organized?
- 3 branches: 2 in Genemuiden and 1 in IJsselmuiden.
- Central production location supplying multiple Breman divisions
- Collaboration with internal clients and project teams
- Use of automation and modern production techniques
How do they work?
- LEAN principles to reduce waste and improve processes
- Standardization for consistent quality and delivery reliability
