Breman Installation Group is a true family business with a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. With more than 1,700 colleagues, we work daily on installation technology and energy challenges throughout the Netherlands, from homes to schools, and from offices to hospitals.
Our DNA
At the heart of our Breman DNA, Caring for each other, Entrepreneurship, Stewardship, and Equality are central (CESE).
Caring for each other – Together, we roll up our sleeves. Whether you’re sick, facing difficulties, or your workplace no longer fits your needs, we help each other. We create a work community where the human touch is the standard. Where everyone is involved and where you can work safely.
Entrepreneurship – Guts and innovation are in our blood. Entrepreneurship brought us all kinds of innovations and new concepts. Based on our ideals, we will always keep taking a step forward.
Stewardship – At Breman, it’s all about continuity. Because we want to pass on the earth and the company to the next generation in a slightly better state. Because we have it all on loan, we don’t aim for maximum short-term profit. But rather for long-term and future value. Everyone being energy-positive is a form of stewardship.
Equality – As human beings, we are all equal. Each with their own unique contribution and talent. We’ve been given those talents and we want to use them. This way, everyone can reach their full potential and we all contribute to the bigger picture.
